È previsto un elevato volume di candidati per il ruolo descritto di seguito, non aspetti a inviare il suo CV. brpb KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulli Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture. /lili Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs. /lili Develop and implement a strong b clienteling strategy /b , with a particular focus on VICs, HNWIs and international clientele. /lili Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, supporting the team in growing and retaining their client portfolios. /lili Ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience in line with the brand’s positioning and service standards. /lili Monitor and analyse key retail KPIs and identify opportunities for business growth. /lili Coach the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, clienteling and luxury service. /lili Ensure the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising and operational excellence.
