As our European energy business continues to grow, we are looking for a customer-focused Solution Engineer to help translate complex technical requirements into reliable and commercially relevant charging solutions. brThe Solution Engineer provides pre-sales technical support and solution consulting for customers, partners, and internal commercial teams. The role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing suitable EV charging solutions, presenting technical concepts, and coordinating with Product Management and RD to validate solution feasibility. The Solution Engineer supports opportunities from early technical discovery through solution validation and project handover, while helping improve products, tools, and working processes through structured market and customer feedback. brPre-sales Technical SupportbrProvide technical consultation and pre-sales support to customers, distributors, service partners, and internal sales teams. brLead technical discovery discussions to understand customer use cases, site conditions, operational requirements, and integration needs. brRespond to technical questions, requests for information, and solution-related sections of tenders or customer proposals. brSupport product demonstrations, technical workshops, customer meetings, and industry events. brDesign and recommend suitable AC and DC charging solutions based on customer requirements and applicable charging scenarios. brPrepare and present solution concepts, system architecture, product configuration, and technical value propositions. brSupport solution sizing, product selection, interface definition, and basic integration planning. brEnsure proposed solutions are technically feasible, clearly documented, and aligned with current product capabilities.



brTechnical Coordination and Project Support brCoordinate with Product Management, RD, Technical Support, Service, and Project Delivery teams to validate customer solutions. brProvide technical coordination during solution validation, pilot activities, and project implementation handover. brIdentify technical dependencies, risks, and gaps, and support the definition of mitigation actions. brMaintain clear technical communication with customers and internal stakeholders until open solution topics are resolved. brCustomer and Partner Enablement brBuild trusted technical relationships with customers, channel partners, installers, and service providers. brDeliver product and solution training for customers and partners where required. brSupport certifications, workshops, proof-of-concept activities, and other solution-related internal initiatives. brPromote consistent technical positioning and effective use of Autel products and solution capabilities. brProduct Feedback and Continuous Improvement brCollect and structure customer, partner, and market feedback for Product Management and RD. brSupport product improvements by identifying recurring technical needs, integration gaps, and usability issues. brRecommend improvements to internal pre-sales and solution engineering processes. brQuality, accuracy, and responsiveness of pre-sales technical support. brConversion of customer requirements into feasible and competitive solution designs. brCustomer and partner satisfaction with technical engagement. brQuality of product feedback, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing. brbrEducation and Experience brBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline.



brRequired 3+ years of relevant experience of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, application engineering, or another customer-facing technical role. brExperience in EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, automotive, mobility, renewable energy, or a related industry is preferred. brExperience working with international customers, partners, or cross-functional technical teams is an advantage. brGood understanding of EV charging systems, including common AC and DC charging scenarios. brAbility to understand electrical and system-level requirements and translate them into practical customer solutions. brAbility to read and explain technical documentation, specifications, system diagrams, and product configuration information. brKnowledge of local electrical standards, grid requirements, or charging regulations is an advantage. brStrong customer-facing communication, presentation, and technical consulting skills. brAbility to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, RD, Service, and Project Delivery teams. brConfidence working with stakeholders at different levels in an international environment. brCommercial awareness and the ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and product capability. brLanguages and Travel brFluent English is required. brItalian is/are required or strongly preferred. brAdditional European languages are an advantage. brMandarin is preferred. brThis is primarily a pre-sales and solution engineering role; it does not carry direct sales quota ownership unless explicitly stated. brThe role supports technical solution definition and project handover but is not the sole owner of end-to-end project delivery. brAn international working environment with close collaboration across commercial and technical teams. brHigh autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and strong opportunities for professional development. brAs soon as possible brFull-time brApply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume to .
