The role
As a B737 First Officer, you will operate line flights safely and efficiently, support the Captain in all phases of flight, and uphold company SOPs and regulatory standards. You'll contribute to a strong safety culture, precise flight planning, and excellent CRM.
Minimum requirements
Total time: 1,500 hours minimum In type: 500 hours on B737 (CL/NG/MAX) Type rating: B737 required; current or expired for no more than 3 years Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL (IR) / ME Medical: Class 1 English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher Background: No pending charges Work authorization: Able to work without employer?provided visa sponsorship What you'll bring Proven B737 line experience with disciplined adherence to SOPs Strong situational awareness, decision?making, and threat/error management Collaborative CRM style with clear, concise communication Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
