Working closely with the European Director of Legal and experienced colleagues across Europe, you'll support a variety of legal and commercial activities, helping business teams navigate contractual, compliance, and operational matters. brCommercial contracts and customer agreements brContract management and governance brData privacy and regulatory compliance brCross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Services, and Legal teams brAs Legal Counsel, you will provide practical day-to-day legal support to teams across Europe, helping ensure contracts and business activities are managed effectively and in line with company policies. You'll assist with reviewing agreements, identifying potential risks, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to successful commercial outcomes. brAlong the way,



you'll develop your understanding of how legal advice supports business growth within a fast-paced technology organisation. brCommercial Contracts brReview, draft, and support the negotiation of customer, supplier, and partner agreements. brAssist sales and services teams with contractual queries and commercial matters. brSupport the preparation and amendment of standard contract templates. brHelp identify legal and commercial risks and escalate matters when appropriate. brWork with Legal colleagues across Europe on more complex contractual matters. brRFP and Tender Support brSupport responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions. brMaintain and update standard legal and compliance responses used in tender processes. brAssist with contract reviews associated with new business opportunities. brCompliance and Legal Operations brSupport contract management and governance processes. brHelp ensure contracts follow internal approval and documentation requirements. brAssist with compliance activities relating to areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and other applicable regulatory requirements. brContribute to the ongoing improvement of legal processes, templates, and knowledge resources. brGood attention to detail and organisational skills. brConfidence collaborating with colleagues from different functions and countries. brComfortable working in a dynamic, technology-focused business environment. brExperience Qualifications brQualified lawyer or legal professional with some experience in commercial law, either in private practice or an in-house environment. brExperience reviewing, drafting,
