Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As a VitalLink Consultant, you provide L2/L3 post-production support for SAP Vistex applications, ensuring stable operation and rapid issue resolution. You work across multi-environment deployments, gathering requirements, configuring modules, testing scenarios, and supporting go-live and hypercare. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and maintain documentation. This role offers the chance to influence how promotions and rebates drive revenue for large enterprise clients.

Provide post-production L2/L3 support for Vistex applications

Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP Vistex components

Configure Vistex modules and conduct multi-scenario testing





Participate in end-to-end delivery: design, testing, go-live, and hypercare

Prepare functional specifications and user guides

Support integration with SAP SD

Identify enhancements and improvement opportunities for clients

Familiarity with SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes

Ability to independently execute configuration and resolve support issues

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
