Sales Executive to drive our commercial growth across

Italy, Europe, and the UK , with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients across these markets, leveraging Contents’ AI-powered platform to support their digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle across key accounts in Italy, Europe, and the UK

Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities, events, referrals, partnerships, and other strategic channels

Identify and engage senior decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations

Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and business stakeholders

Develop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets and commercial strategy

Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go-to-market initiatives across Italy, Europe, and the UK

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process

Contribute market insights and customer feedback to help shape Contents’ commercial and product strategy

Join Us If

You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

You have experience managing medium to long sales cycles, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients

You have a strong understanding of the Italian and/or European business landscape





You have an existing network across industries such as retail, banking, telco, manufacturing, luxury, publishing, or automotive

You have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

You are fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or any other European language is a plus

You are based in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

Experience in MarTech, AI, or enterprise content solutions

Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups

Familiarity with AI-driven platforms, digital transformation, CMS, CRM, or content ecosystems

Experience working with international clients and managing cross-border deals A strong network within enterprise organizations across European markets
