Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. brSupport the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders. brManage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates. brSupport post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks. brPartner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives. brSupport year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects. brYou’re not intimidated by innovation.
