Business intelligence provides analysis and reporting on VWFS contract portfolio and on market trends, customer behaviors and competition, in order to support the decisional process and the business strategy - to enable success on the different VWFS Channels.
Profile description
Role and duty – core business
Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
Conduct research to gather pertinent competitor information in order to perform proper benchmarking
Support the team in conducting market and competitive intelligence for identified growth solutions
