La risorsa collaborerà con le diverse funzioni aziendali nell'area Finance per garantire la corretta gestione dei processi amministrativi e contabili relativi al ciclo passivo, contribuendo al rispetto delle scadenze e alla qualità dei dati contabili.
Principali responsabilità
Gestione dell'intero processo di contabilità fornitori (ciclo passivo)
Registrazione delle fatture passive, verificandone la correttezza formale e sostanziale
Gestione e risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e discrepanze documentali
Registrazione delle operazioni contabili e predisposizione della relativa documentazione amministrativa
Verifica e riconciliazione delle partite contabili fornitori
Gestione dello scadenziario fornitori e predisposizione dei pagamenti
Monitoraggio dei costi e supporto alle attività di chiusura contabile mensile e annuale
Gestione delle note di credito e delle scritture di competenza
Aggiornamento e manutenzione delle anagrafiche fornitori
Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori per gli aspetti amministrativi e contabili




Controllo delle schede contabili e del partitario fornitori
Supporto nella predisposizione della documentazione richiesta per audit interni ed esterni.
Requisiti
Diploma di Ragioneria e/o Laurea in discipline economiche
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito amministrativo-contabile, preferibilmente nella gestione della contabilità fornitori
Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
Familiarità con sistemi ERP e gestionali contabili
Buona capacità di analisi, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali
Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione delle priorità
Una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese rappresenta un plus
RAL indicativa compresa tra € ****** e € ******.
L'intervallo retributivo indicato si basa sull'attuale ambito di responsabilità e sulla sede prevista per il ruolo.
Qualora, nel corso del processo di selezione, le responsabilità della posizione, il livello di seniority o la sede dovessero risultare differenti, l'intervallo retributivo applicabile potrà essere adeguato di conseguenza, in linea con le condizioni del mercato locale e con le politiche retributive interne.
