Overview
In this role, you will drive the industrialization of leather goods products (MEN and WOMEN) within the Givenchy Leather Goods Department in Florence. You will oversee feasibility and quality checks with external suppliers, provide hands-on technical support through the pre- and Master production phases, and collaborate with design, prototyping, and development teams. You will manage PLM updates for ongoing projects and support cross-functional validation with Quality and Production. This position offers an opportunity to shape production processes within a luxury house and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
Follow the industrialization phases of leather goods products (MEN and WOMEN)
Follow-up, validation and archiving of the Masters
Supervise the industrialization process ensuring feasibility at external suppliers




Provide daily technical support at suppliers during pre-industrialization and Master production phases
Read and update PLM for industrialization projects
Collaborate with pattern-making, prototyping and development from prototyping to provide technical support
Collaborate with Quality and Production during Master validation
Requisiti fondamentali
High School diploma / bachelor's degree
Experience as a prototyper
Knowledge of industrialization phases and leather goods
CAD knowledge, model consultation and reading
English proficiency (French a plus)
Knowledge of PLM is a plus
Problem solving & analytical skills
Collaboration and teamwork aptitude
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
8+ years of experience in luxury leather goods roles
