As an IT Operations & Support Specialist,you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our ITservices.
You will provide advanced support, contribute to operationalexcellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, andbusiness users to deliver a seamless IT experience.
Your Responsibilities
Provide2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests
Troubleshootapplications, networks, and operating systems
Performmonitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities
Maintainoperational documentation and knowledge base articles
SupportIT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Provideonsite support and participate in on-call activities when required
Participate to on-duty-call service
Performsecurity related activities up to 20% of the total time out of businesshours
Your profile
Technicalqualification in IT or a comparable field
Previousexperience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations
Strongtroubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledgeof IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices
Goodcommunication skills and a service-oriented mindset
FluentEnglish; German and/or Italian are an advantage

In accordance with EU Directive ******** on paytransparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year.Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and thescope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation packagemay be adjusted accordingly.
