Overview
In this role you lead global, full-service clinical research projects across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and high-quality standards. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and serve as the primary client contact, shaping proposals and strategic discussions. This is a hands-on leadership role with global reach and a focus on rigorous execution and continuous improvement. Responsabilità
Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across various therapeutic areas
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
Train, mentor, and coach project team members
Act as primary client contact on all project matters
Participate in bid defense meetings and support proposal development and client presentations
Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures
Requisiti fondamentali
Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)
Global or regional clinical project management experience from startup to closure
Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI (IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) preferred
Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects preferred
BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder relationships
Ability to negotiate confidently
Team building, resource allocation, and organizational skills are essential
