Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for a varied client portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations.
You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from requirements gathering through deployment and knowledge transfer while supporting pre-sales efforts.
You'll work within Workday's culture of integrity and collaboration, contributing to AI adoption initiatives and internal optimization projects.
This is a growth path in a globally distributed HCM consulting practice in Italy.

Responsabilità
Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations across multiple streams
Translate customer requirements into configured solutions
Act as trusted advisor to customers and transfer vision into configuration
Support testing, issue resolution, and post-production knowledge transfer




Engage in pre-sales activities and translate aspirations into configurable solutions
Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to ensure seamless delivery
Participate in internal initiatives focused on optimization and AI adoption
Deliver 1–3 full-cycle implementation projects in the first year
Requisiti fondamentali
7+ years in HCM software solutions or systems
7+ years of consulting experience
Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
Strong stakeholder management and trust-building abilities
Detail-oriented problem solver with focus on exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through various mediums
Remote work adaptability and autonomy
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Fluency in English and Italian
