Lo scopra qui sotto. brpb What Will Be Your Mission? /b /pp Lead Genteel Home’s development in Rome and the surrounding areas, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and coordinating the implementation and consolidation of our operations in the city. /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /pulli Define and drive Genteel Home’s development strategy in Rome. /lili Identify and assess new business and expansion opportunities in the local market. /lili Lead the acquisition and negotiation of agreements with property owners, investors, and strategic partners. /lili Analyse the economic and strategic viability of new opportunities and projects. /lili Oversee the implementation and opening processes of new operations. /lili Continuously analyse the local market, competition, and industry trends. /lili Develop and maintain strategic relationships with property owners, investors, collaborators, and other relevant market stakeholders.
