Overview
In this role you will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Building Services team on mission-critical projects, shaping electrical design strategy for data centers and industrial facilities. You will interface directly with clients, architects and other disciplines to set design constraints and ensure integration across systems. You will design and oversee electrical subsystems including emergency power, back-up systems, lightning protection, ICT, building automation, and safety systems. This role offers meaningful impact in a collaborative, sustainability-focused environment with opportunities to scale technology and knowledge across Arup offices.

Responsabilità
Lead multidisciplinary projects and provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
Act as senior engineer with direct interface to clients and project teams
Coordinate with architects, clients and other disciplines to define electrical design constraints




Design electrical systems including emergency power, back-up power, lightning protection, small power, earthing, ICT, building automation and controls, photovoltaic, safety and security systems
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience with Data Center and/or Industrial buildings projects
Electrical systems design experience for at least 7 years
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering
Experience in BIM environment using Revit; parametric design knowledge is beneficial
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong communication and team-based collaboration skills
