ResponsabilitàRedefine EPM strategies and support CFO in redesigning the performance model
Design and configure finance/ business process solutions with leading EPM tools
Define functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, S&OP;, and product costing




Assess automation benefits via business cases and measure pre/post transformation performance
Define organizational structure, skills, training plans, and timelines for Finance 4.0 implementation
Support clients with analysis, review of designs and processes and enable the implementation of performance management solutions
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Business Administration or Engineering Management
2–3 years of experience in similar roles (industry or consulting)
Excellent English; study or work abroad preferred
Strong problem solving abilities, goal orientation, teamwork and interpersonal skills
