NTU Internationalis preparing a proposal for the project"Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost."
The programme aims to strengthen cooperation betweenAfrica and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
In this context, we are seeking a highly qualifiedNon-Key Expert – EU-Africa Space Policy & Institutional Expertto support policy dialogue, institutional cooperation, programme governance and coordination between European and African stakeholders in the space sector.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
University degree atMaster's levelininternational relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy, or a related field.
Excellent command ofEnglish.




Working knowledge ofFrench and/or Portuguesewill be considered an asset.
Minimum General Professional Experience:
Minimum8 years of professional experienceininternational cooperation, public policy and/or institutional advisory work.

Minimum Specific Professional Experience
At least4 years of professional experience working on EU and/or African Union policy frameworks and institutional processes, including inter-institutional dialogue, steering mechanisms or programme governance.
Working knowledge of EU space policy and African space governance architecture, includingAfrican Space Agency (AfSA),African Union Commission (AUC)/Regional Economic Communities (RECs)and relevant regional institutions.
