/lili Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and field interventions. /li /ul pb Continuous Improvement /b /pulli Contribute to the identification of recurring technical issues and propose improvements to equipment design, reliability, and maintainability. /lili Provide practical feedback from construction sites to Engineering, Production, and After Sales teams. /lili Support the development and improvement of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation. /lili Contribute to lessons-learned activities following commissioning and field operations. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli At least 4-5 years of work experience /lili Technical high school diploma or engineering degree (core knowledge: Electromechanics) /lili Technical expertise in machinery and equipment, preferably used in civil construction /lili Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /lili Good English knowledge /lili Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance /li /ul p Position report to the head of engineering.
