As the on-site leader during shifts, you will drive service excellence, team coordination, and operational efficiency, while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities: brGuest Experience: Oversee meet-and-greet operations, lounge assignments, and personalized service from arrival to departure brTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver 5-star service, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedules brOperational Coordination: Supervise FB, Guest Experience, and Butler teams; ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards brService Recovery: Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation brCompliance: Adhere to organizational policies, health and safety standards, and maintain required records brLead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge,
