OverviewAs an ILS Specialist you will manage Integrated Logistic System studies for complex naval projects within NAVIRIS.
You will coordinate with Italian and French partners to deliver ILS data packages aligned with quality, cost and schedule goals.
Your work focuses on reliability, availability and maintainability to support ship programs from design to procurement.
This role offers a chance to influence engineering performance and sustain international collaboration on defense vessels.
You will engage in bid preparation and frequent design-team workshops to drive value and efficiency.

ResponsabilitàSet up conditions for ILS studies at program start and lead non-technical design activities
Manage ILS studies across international partners and ensure deliverables meet program objectives
Oversee ILS activities performed by main partners in Italy and France
Drive continuous improvement of engineering performance in ILS
Coordinate ILS interfaces with system suppliers for HRZ MLU program through regular meetings
Contribute to offers by estimating costs for Naviris engineering activities
Monitor design expenditures,



deadlines and study costs
Lead Whole Warship level ILS management (PF, CS, Transverse activities) solo or in workshops
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and Navy-specified software/databases
Utilize IT tools to enhance productivity and study quality
Facilitate design-team meetings and ensure effective, productive sessions
Contribute to bids and interactions between design, procurement and production
Requisiti fondamentaliEngineering degree with proven international experience
Good knowledge of combat vessels and Combat Systems
Professional English (spoken, written, reading); Italian or French a plus
Location: Ollioules (France) or Genova (Italy); travel in Europe
