pb Job Description: /bp Data Management /pulli Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of retail data. /lili Ensure SO (Sales Out) information is entered into RMS system completely, accurately, and on time, including: /lili Organization and retailer master data /lili Store master data /lili Employee/store relationship data /lili Store-retailer relationship data /lili Business rules, including sales, inventory, assortment, and expense calculation rules /lili Ensure RMS data remains complete, accurate, and up to date. /li /ulp System Implementation Adoption /pulli Follow the implementation roadmap and drive the adoption of key data functionalities within the region. /lili Support the rollout and adoption of new modules, features, and business processes. /lili Ensure new RMS functions are implemented and effectively used by local teams within the required timeline. /li /ulp Issue Resolution Continuous Improvement /pulli Collect and manage local business and system issues, including: /lili System performance issues /lili Functionality issues /lili User experience issues /lili Business process issues /lili Provide timely feedback and follow up with the relevant teams until issues are resolved. /lili Continuously identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes.
