Specifically, when you join the Supply Chain & Operations team in Padua , you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business;
Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance;
Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives;




This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Management (or similar);
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
Excellent knowledge of English , ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary of €29,000.
