Overview

In this role you lead Kubix Link implementations, translating client needs into concrete designs and guiding cross-functional teams through delivery. You’ll align stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and support users through UAT and hypercare. The position combines technical design, project leadership, and client coaching to drive successful solutions in the fashion and industrial sectors. A hybrid model and regular travel enable impact across Italy, with Lectra backing your development.

Responsabilità

- Engage with clients to capture needs and high-level requirements
- Translate requirements into functional/technical designs
- Coordinate design-developer alignments and ensure accurate implementations
- Clarify requirements for the development team and resolve issues
- Support UAT and initial post-go-live activities (hypercare)
- Train client project teams on the solution and data loading
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and scope




- Act as primary client contact and manage stakeholder communication
- Lead project kick-offs and governance setup
- Monitor progress and readiness for each phase
- Collaborate with solution consultants and developers to define project scope
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage Change Requests and overall financial aspects
- Report on project status

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, digital technologies, electronics, Information Systems or related area
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in enterprise software implementation (PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Experience in fashion industry is a plus with breadth across PLM lifecycle stages
- Fluency in Italian; professional working proficiency in English is appreciated

- Business understanding of fashion processes (design, development, merchandising, supply chain, quality)
- Stakeholders management and effective communication
- Proactive collaboration with internal and external partners
- PLM, PIM, DAM, ERP concepts in SaaS environments
- Solution design and data modeling
- Requirements management and specification translation
