GBfoods in Italy is seeking a recent graduate to join our R&D; team as an intern, contributing to innovative projects in food science. You will support research, development and industrialization activities on national and international projects.
Key activities include developing laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified matrices, supporting scale-up and trials, presenting results, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with internal and external laboratories to meet milestones.
