In particular, the candidate will support the:Responsibilities:Extraction, analysis and presentation of scientific dataCreation and maintenance of databasesIntegration of data from multiple sourcesDevelopment and optimization of pipelines to automate data validation, transformation and migrationPresentation offindings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and dashboards, oral presentations, or written communicationsEssential requirements:Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics or related fieldsAt least 1 yearof proven experience in evidence and data collection,



management and analysis, including developing and maintaining data processing pipelinesAdvanced Pythonprogramming skillsBasic knowledgeof version control systems, e.G. GitExperience withstructured / machine-readable data exchange formats such as XML or JSONBasic knowledgeof SQL and relational databasesExperience in writing scientific and/or technical documentsBehavioural competencies: attention to details, work with others, focus on /lilistakeholder needs, analysis and problem solving, work with ambiguityDesirable requirements:Experience with chemical or biological databases, software, tools and data formats (e.G. IUCLID, OECD Harmonised Templates)Experience using Databricks for data processing, transformation and analytics in a cloud-based data engineering environmentExperience withMicrosoft Power Platform technologies (e.G. Power BI) and Azure Cloud servicesAssignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension.
