Overview

In this role you will support the Service Sales organization to drive growth through SLAs and Frame Agreements. You will lead end-to-end tender preparation, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technically solid and commercially competitive bids. You will deepen long-term customer relationships while ensuring value-based Life Cycle Management, safety, and compliant execution. The position offers impact by shaping service solutions for electrical HV subsystems, predictive maintenance, and digital services in a multinational, customer-centric environment.

Responsabilità

- Lead end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Legal) to develop competitive proposals
- Manage customer relationships and understand requirements to align solutions with SLAs and FAs




- Interface with external suppliers and internal departments to deliver effective technical-commercial solutions
- Contribute to risk assessments and ensure profitable, compliant opportunities
- Maintain accurate tender data in customer and business systems
- Utilize Salesforce to guide sales activities and maintain pipeline visibility
- Ensure technical reliability, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of proposals
- Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Technical Sales is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and customer-oriented mindset
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
