OverviewIn this role you will coordinate production planning within the Planning Department to meet customer delivery commitments. You will interact with Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Procurement and Product Development to gain a broad view of luxury production processes. Your work will focus on scheduling, material supply, and progress monitoring in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to on-time deliveries and process improvements. This position offers exposure to high-end fashion operations and opportunities to influence planning systems and reporting in a renowned Maison.ResponsabilitàReceive orders from Central Supply ChainSchedule production launches and prepare progress plans for each supplierEnsure the supply of materials and monitor production progress to comply with delivery times and production methodsDevelop techniques and management systems to control production and deliveries with a focus on reportingFollow up with Central Supply Chain on delivery group progressRequisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in engineering/economics or equivalent experience in Supply ChainFluent in English; additional languages a plus1–3 years of experience as Production PlannerExperience in luxury/fashion is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environmentCooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skillsAdvanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems)teamworkstrong communicationmultitasking under pressureExcelmanagement systems
