OverviewIn this role you will lead the design vision for Deel's AI vertical, shaping AI-powered experiences across Deel's platform. You'll own end-to-end design strategy for Deel AI, Akai, conversational interfaces, agents, and developer tools, spanning in-chat flows to proactive notifications and human-in-the-loop interventions. You'll collaborate with the Principal Designer to ensure a coherent, intelligent system and guide a growing design team to deliver high-impact AI experiences.
