OverviewAs Team Lead, you will support the Country Product Manager with sales excellence, team leadership, and operations. This fast-track path aims to place you in the CPM role within about 6 months based on performance. You will own end-to-end sales and coach a small team of Language Coordinators, influencing hiring and onboarding in collaboration with the CPM. You'll also contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic growth partnerships in a dynamic, on-site setting.
