OverviewIn this role you will lead Global Services NPDI initiatives, driving end-to-end development, service readiness, and global deployment of Vertiv products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional service teams to embed service requirements into launches and life-cycle activities. You will manage cross-functional programs across multiple regions, balancing priorities and delivering scalable service capabilities. This is a strategic, execution-focused leadership role with impact on service readiness and deployment success.ResponsabilitàLead Hardware + Services NPDI and Service-Only NPDI projects from intake to launch and service readinessDefine scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteriaCoordinate cross-functional teams across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regionsEnsure alignment with business priorities, service strategy, and deployment requirementsManage multiple concurrent projects across Vertiv portfoliosDrive execution and accountability across geographically distributed teamsLead NPDI governance and stage-gate activities, identifying risks and readiness needsCoordinate reviews, status updates, and gate readiness assessmentsDevelop service readiness plans for new products and servicesCoordinate readiness activities including documentation, procedures, training, tools, spare parts, and regional capabilitiesPartner with NPDI Engineers and regional service teams to close readiness gapsSupport design transfer, product introduction, and global service implementationEstablish launch readiness criteria and monitor progress through stabilizationEvaluate NPDI intake and prioritize projects across business unitsCoordinate with BU PMO leads on scope, involvement, and timingMaintain project status, milestones, risks, dependencies,
