### Job Description ## Job description As a Senior Process Analyst in KOS MAKE Europe, you will lead complex manufacturing and operational-improvement initiatives. You will combine industrial engineering expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic analysis, detailed process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams. ## Key responsibilities * Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on labour efficiency and/or Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). * Diagnose operational performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps. * Support the industrialization of new products and/or processes, from process definition through implementation and stabilization. * Evaluate the profitability and business impact of industrial investments, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns. * Manage Production, Maintenance and Quality teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas. * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and align operational priorities, technical solutions and business objectives. * Use manufacturing data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions and performance management. * Understand and apply the functional use of manufacturing systems such as SCADA, MES and PLM. * Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions. * Coach and develop less experienced team members in analytical methods, improvement approaches and stakeholder management. * Prepare clear business cases, executive-level recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates. * Ensure improvements are implemented sustainably and embedded into management routines and operating standards. ## Who you are We are looking for a collaborative,



curious and practical problem-solver who can connect analytical findings with real operational conditions. You bring: * 4–6 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company or in operations consulting. * Demonstrated experience delivering continuous-improvement projects related to labour efficiency and/or Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). * Experience with the industrialization of new products and/or processes. * The ability to perform profitability analyses for industrial investments, including business-case development and return assessment. * Experience managing Production, Maintenance and/or Quality teams, or leading consulting projects in these functional areas. * Knowledge of the functional use of manufacturing systems such as SCADA, MES and PLM. * A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational performance management and implementation challenges. * The ability to connect operational, technical and financial perspectives when defining improvement priorities. * Leadership, influencing and communication skills, with a structured, results-oriented and collaborative approach. * Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new technologies, processes and industrial environments. * English proficiency at a minimum C1 level. ## What we offer * Early responsibility and hands-on opportunities to work with manufacturing and operational teams across Europe. * Structured, on-the-job learning and development, supported by experienced colleagues and continuous feedback. * An open, collaborative and international environment where diverse perspectives are valued. * The opportunity to build expertise across industries, processes and technologies while making a practical impact. * A culture that encourages you to be yourself and bring your ideas to the table. ## Apply now Please submit your CV through the Kearney careers website.
