**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** As a member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT), you will partner closely with Country leaders and Geography Operations teams to drive integrated planning, governance and business execution. You will lead integrated planning and governance processes, coordinate cross-functional execution and drive operational excellence across the country. Through strong partnership with Country and Geography teams, you will improve execution, strengthen operational discipline and enable business growth. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Serve as a member of the Country Leadership Team, providing operational insight and business recommendations to support country priorities. + Lead Integrated Business Execution (IBE) and support development of the Integrated Country Plan.
