Overview

In this role you will plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality activities on HVDC converter station sites to ensure customer requirements are met. You will operate across site teams and subcontractors, aligning with project quality plans and customer expectations. You will implement quality control processes, oversee inspections and testing, and manage non-conformances and completion tools at site. You will train site personnel, contribute to audits, and provide KPIs to stakeholders, driving quality outcomes in a large-scale, cross-country program.

Responsabilità

- Review site quality requirements and contractor quality plans for alignment with project quality plans and customer needs
- Provide quality induction training to site personnel
- Ensure quality control processes are implemented and inspections/tests are conducted, documented and validated
- Oversee completion systems, NCR,



CCRP, and other quality tools at site and train users
- Track site status on inspections, certifications, and punch lists; liaise with completion manager
- Provide quality-related KPIs to stakeholders and participate in internal and contractor quality audits
- Monitor contractor compliance with quality requirements and coordinate corrective actions
- Support CoQP reporting processes at site per HVDC procedures

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of construction quality site experience or operations
- Track record in change management within large/complex programs
- SO9001 knowledge
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Willing to relocate to project site
- Strong communication, results orientation and collaborative mindset
