Our headquarter in Carpi, Modena (Italy) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Controller for our brands of Orbico SportStyle (Champion, Game 7, Dockers).

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be goal-driven, and demonstrate a proactive attitude, with a readiness to contribute to growth and deliver meaningful impact.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities to facilitate informed strategic and operational decisions.
- Oversee monthly closing procedures, evaluate financial performance, and investigate variances from budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of brand profitability to pinpoint opportunities for growth and margin enhancement.
- Perform market and competitor evaluations to inform business strategy and detect emerging trends.
- Supervise inventory levels to ensure effective stock management and consistency with sales forecasts.
- Develop thorough analyses of balance sheet movements to promote financial transparency and support management reporting.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow structures.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and complex matrixed teams.
- Adaptable to high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel.
- Fluent in English.

Remuneration

We offer a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) within a range between €45.000 and €55.000, based on skills, seniority level, and the alignment of the candidate’s profile with the role requirements.

Additional, accessory, or variable remuneration components will be defined at the contractual offer stage, based on the specific responsibilities and characteristics of the position.
