To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a committed, empathetic and highly organised HR Generalist (m/f/d) who professionally supports our employees and actively contributes to a wide range of HR processes, from Recruiting and administration to Employer Branding and employee development.YOUR TASKS:Manage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviewsManage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related mattersPrepare and manage contracts, employment certificates, employee master data, onboarding documents and other HR documentationSupport payroll preparation and manage the digital time and attendance systemPlan and organise training sessions and support employee developmentSupport Employer Branding activities, including Social Media, Recruiting platforms and collaboration with schools, agencies and other partnersOrganise and manage staff accommodation, workwear and employee benefitsPlan and organise employee eventsWork closely with General Management and department heads on HR-related and organisational mattersYOUR PROFILE:Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable fieldInitial professional experience in Human Resources,
