The role involves conducting personal training sessions and group fitness activities, providing guidance on exercise and equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environment in line with luxury resort standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct personal training sessions and group fitness classes for guests of different fitness levels. /liliAssess guests’ fitness levels, needs, and goals and develop suitable exercise programs. /liliProvide professional guidance on correct exercise techniques and safe use of fitness equipment. /liliConduct fitness activities such as stretching, functional training, cardio, strength training, aqua fitness, and other wellness activities as required. /liliMotivate and encourage guests to participate in fitness and wellness activities. /liliDeliver friendly, personalized, and professional service to enhance the overall guest experience. /liliMaintain the gym, fitness areas, and equipment in a clean, safe, and well-organized condition. /liliInspect fitness equipment regularly and report any defects or maintenance requirements promptly. /liliEnsure all fitness activities are conducted in accordance with health, safety, and emergency procedures. /liliMaintain accurate records of guest sessions, bookings, activities, and relevant fitness programs. /liliPromote fitness, wellness, and recreational activities available at the resort. /liliAssist with organizing special fitness, wellness, and recreational events for guests and Team Members.



/liliSupport the Recreation/Spa team in achieving departmental goals and guest satisfaction targets. /liliMaintain professional appearance, personal hygiene, and a positive attitude at all times. /liliAttend departmental meetings, training sessions, and other programs as required. /liliPerform any other duties assigned by the Management in line with operational requirements. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliDiploma or recognized certification in Fitness, Personal Training, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment. /liliValid First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage. /liliStrong knowledge of fitness training principles, exercise techniques, and fitness equipment. /liliExperience conducting both personal training and group fitness sessions. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills. /liliEnergetic, outgoing, and positive personality with a passion for fitness and wellness. /liliAbility to motivate guests and build professional relationships. /liliAbility to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team. /liliFlexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment. /li /ulh3Key Competencies /h3ulliGuest Focus /liliCommunication Skills /liliFitness , Wellness Knowledge /liliTeamwork /liliProfessionalism /liliPositive Attitude /liliInitiative , Creativity /liliSafety Awareness /liliSales ,
