ph3Job description /h3pWe are looking for a Professional willing to join our Supply Chain Team for 12 months, with a motivation to work within an international and challenging environment. /ppYou will be part of the Procurement Department and you will manage the activities related to the procurement process, monitoring and sourcing of suppliers. /ph3Activities /h3ulliReceive the Purchase Request with Drawings/DB/Technical Specifications and analyze the technical contents /liliIn accordance with Line Manager she/he will select Suppliers to be involved through the contract Vendor List, andr/or adding any other Qualified Suppliers or possible new Supplier after scouting /liliShe/He will manage the RfQ/Inquiries and the bidding process throughout Company's systems and applications /liliReceive offers from Suppliers verifying that they are in compliance with the requirements established in the Offer Request, interacting with Suppliers and involving the Technical Department for alignment /liliRequest to the suppliers to quote alternative technical solutions whenever possible /liliInvite the selected Suppliers to negotiate and drafts the negotiation report /liliPrepare the tabulation, regardless of the technical analysis outcome,



evaluating the right commercial conditions to be compared with project targets and historical data /liliPrepare the order and awarding memorandum, following Company procedures and including all clauses and provisions necessary to minimize risks for the Company /liliHandle the receipt of the order confirmation;Deal with the claims from and to Suppliers in compliance with the instructions received from the Line Manager and from the Project Manager /li /ulh3Required profile /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or equivalent through experience /liliProven experience as Buyer in the Engineering or Industrial sector is a plus /liliAbility to conduct market analysis collecting information on suppliers, markets and pricing analysis /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP /liliReliability, accuracy and passion for details are required /liliExcellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments /liliGood organization skills and time management, as well as excellent relational skills and team working capabilities, flexibility and result orientation complete the ideal profile /liliGood Knowledge of English (writing and speaking) is mandatory /liliWillingness to travel /li /ulpWorkplace: Castellanza (VA) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
