ppThe Engineering Logistics Manager is responsible for leading the Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics functions of the site. The role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering projects, automation systems, maintenance strategies, and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Engineering Automation Leadership /h3 ul liDevelop and execute automation engineering strategies aligned with site objectives and long-term operational needs. /li liLead feasibility studies, engineering design, and project planning activities for new and existing manufacturing assets. /li liDefine and manage capital investment plans and spending forecasts related to automation projects. /li liOversee the design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated production equipment. /li liIdentify and implement innovative engineering solutions to improve plant productivity, reliability, and efficiency. /li liManage engineering budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved costs. /li liSupport engineering procurement activities, from technical requirements definition through supplier selection. /li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liDevelop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. /li liCoordinate cross-functional engineering teams and external contractors. /li liMonitor project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, and company standards. /li liManage change requests, contract variations, and project documentation. /li liProvide regular project progress updates to plant leadership. /li /ul h3Maintenance Management /h3 ul liLead and coordinate maintenance activities delivered through external service providers. /li liDrive maintenance excellence through effective planning, KPI monitoring, and cost control. /li liManage supplier contracts, service levels, invoicing, and performance reviews. /li liSupport the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies and maintenance digitalization initiatives. /li liEnsure equipment reliability and plant continuity while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. /li /ul h3Internal Logistics Warehouse Operations /h3 ul liLead the Internal Logistics and Warehouse teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations. /li liRedesign and optimize raw material warehouse processes, layouts, and material flow. /li liCollaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve logistics performance and service levels. /li liDefine and monitor logistics KPIs and SLAs. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve logistics excellence and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration Compliance /h3 ul liPartner with Operations,
