TRE P., a member of the König Group, is an internationally operating machinery and equipment manufacturer specializing in customized machines and complete production lines for the industrial bakery and food industry.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to join our Management Team as Director Operations (m/f/d).

The Role

As Director Operations, you will assume overall responsibility for Production, Purchasing and Production Planning and play a key role in the operational and strategic development of TREP.

Your key responsibilities include

- Overall leadership of Production, Purchasing and Production Planning
- Ensuring on-time, cost-efficient and high-quality completion of machines and production lines
- Leadership and development of departmental managers and employees
- Capacity, resource and workforce planning
- Strategic and operational management of Purchasing and key suppliers
- Ensuring material availability in line with project and production schedules
- Continuous improvement of productivity, quality and operational processes
- Responsibility for Operations budgets, costs and investments
- Consistent use and further development of SAP for production and material planning
- Close cooperation with Engineering, Project Management and the König Group
- Active contribution to strategic decisions as a Member of the Management Team

Your Profile

- Technical education or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or a comparable field




- Several years of management experience in machinery or industrial equipment manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience in Production and ideally Purchasing / Supply
- Experience in project-based and customized machinery production
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management and procurement
- Very good SAP/ERP knowledge, preferably SAP PP/MM
- Strong commercial and cost awareness
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
- Good command of Italian and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Experience in Bakery Equipment, Food Processing or Food Machinery is an advantage

Gross Annual Salary: starting from €100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
