The Junior Consultant joins the team as an active contributor to project delivery, working under the guidance of Senior Consultants/Technical Coordinators and reporting to the Head of Technology Innovation, Strategy Roadmapping. The person will take part in the engagements they are assigned to by carrying out analytical activities (data collection and analysis, desk research, structuring of findings and preparation of deliverables) while progressively learning the team's methodologies and building familiarity with the sectors and clients served. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liTechnology scenario analysis, market analysis and trend identification, value chain analysis, technology scouting, KPI definition, benchmarking and implementation roadmaps; /li liSupply chain optimisation, supplier scouting and benchmarking; /li liProcess optimisation; /li liBusiness Continuity Plan; /li liSupport to subsidised finance schemes (e.g. IPCEI, Innovation Fund, PNRR) from application to compliance during the project execution phase; /li liEU-funded RD projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, LIFE). /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMandatory requirement:

In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
