As part of the exciting winter season, we are looking for a Front Office Agent - Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and service during the night shift. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliWelcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner during overnight hours. /liliHandle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests efficiently and accurately. /liliPerform daily night audit procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and balanced. /liliVerify guest accounts, billing information, and revenue reports. /liliPrepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate handover to the morning shift. /liliMonitor hotel security and oversee overnight operations to ensure guest safety and comfort. /liliRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. /liliCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address overnight needs.
