Bluserena is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance and shape high-impact business and marketing initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communication, you will play a key role in defining digital marketing priorities and translating customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty. Performance Marketing or comparable roles /liliProven experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams, agencies and cross-functional initiatives /liliStrong commercial mindset, with a track record of connecting marketing actions to revenue, conversion, profitability and business growth /liliExcellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data, customer insights and market trends into strategic choices and actionable plans /liliAdvanced knowledge of Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics /liliSolid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimization /liliExperience managing budgets, forecasts, external partners and performance against business targets /liliStrategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action /liliExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills /liliAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing and challenging environment /liliExperience in hospitality, travel, leisure or other consumer-driven industries is considered a plus /liliFluent in Italian and English /li /ulpSalary Range in line with the pay transparency principles set out in EU Directive 2023/970: CCNL: Tourism - Federalberghi; Level: 1st Level - QB; RAL: €40.000 - €50.000.
