ph3Slot Manager /h3 psupervises and coordinates the activities of the Casino slot machine, Arcade and ShipShape gym equipment servicing function and the employees engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests. /p h3Hiring Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious supervisory experience of slot technicians in a casino environment /li liFormal training in the repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment. /li liPrevious slot technician work experience in live casinos preferred. /li liProven ability to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment, and methods and procedures in mechanical drawings. /li liProven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively. /li liAbility to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions. /li liAbility to stand for an extended period of time.



/li liAbility to count paper and coin currency quickly and accurately. /li liAbility to perform basic math functions with regard to monetary units and compute slot machine percentages. /li liAbility to learn and utilize knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function. Ability to supervise an international team of Slot Technicians in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work. Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or recommend termination of employment. /li liWorking knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety software package such as Excel and Word. /li liCompletion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
