This is a project impacting all markets, almost all functions by implementing a new ERP system SAP S/4hana. /p h3What You Will Deliver (Key Deliverables Responsibilities) /h3 ul liDevelop a strong understanding of stakeholders by completing a Stakeholder Analysis and supporting team members manage stakeholders (key messages and coaching) /li liUnderstand the change by completing a Change Impact Assessment and deeply analysing how people will be impacted by future ways of working. /li liUnderstanding of the behaviour and cultural change needed. /li liPartner with business stakeholders (Leaders as country level and BPOs)



to help develop understanding of local ways of working and future ways on working /li liAbility to communicate and articulate the level of change impact with senior stakeholders /li liDevelop a detailed change management plan, change management strategy and change adoption KPIs to ensure the change is embedded and adopted. /li liResponsible to defining key messages and communication for the Project /li liAbility to understand the training requirements that will support the change and develop a plan to support the needs /li liResponsible to work with internal and external partners to develop learning tools to support future ways of working and competencies needed /li liAbility to measure success, define metrics, share with senior leaders in the business and monitor progress /li liAbility to present and communicate to senior leaders about the project /li liDevelop a sustainability plan to ensure we maximize the ROI /li liDocument lessons learnt and facilitate the handover to BAU /li liWork as a change management team to build and develop change management competency in the business /li liCreate and manage champion network of change agents /li liDrive change management activities at a local level with SMEs, superusers and champions /li /ul h3Experience Qualification Requirements /h3 ul li+3years’ experience in core Change Management role/implementing transformational change /li liUniversity degree /li liAdvanced verbal written proficiency in English and Italian /li liStrong project management and organisational skills /li liWork well under pressure, with complexity and ambiguity /li liConfident and able to lead others to deliver /li /ul h3Contract Compensation /h3 ul liA 2 year Fixed term contract /li liCCNL Industria Alimentare /li liGross annual base salary starting from €58.000 /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
