Role Description The Junior Sales Account is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan, responsible for supporting the growth of Deluxy’s client portfolio. Day-to-day activities include managing and nurturing relationships with partner vendors, assisting in the acquisition of new partners, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing basic sales proposals, tracking account performance, and coordinating with operations and Valet teams to align customer expectations with service execution.

Account will also contribute to training partners on Deluxy’s standards and assist in resolving customer and partner issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Sales and Account Management skills to support partner acquisition, relationship building, and account follow-up.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact clearly, professionally, and courteously with partners and customers.
- Experience or aptitude in Training to help partners understand Deluxy’s processes and service standards.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in Milan and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Motivation to learn, attention to detail, and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
