ph3FREELANCE PRODUCT DESIGN DEVELOPER COORDINATOR - HIGH LUXURY EYEWEAR /h3 h3High Luxury Sunglasses | International Emerging Brand /h3 pFor a young, international and emerging high-luxury sunglasses brand, we are looking for a bFreelance Product Design Developer Coordinator /b to support the Founder of the brand also Creative Director in the bdevelopment and launch of a new eyewear collection. /b /p pThis is a hands‑on and highly collaborative role, combining bcreative sensitivity, technical expertise, product development and manufacturing coordination. /b /p pThe ideal candidate will act as the link between the creative vision and its technical and industrial execution, ensuring that each product reaches the highest standards of design, craftsmanship, quality and functionality. /p h3THE MISSION /h3 pThe Freelance Product Design Developer Coordinator will oversee the development of the new sunglasses collection from the initial creative concept through to prototyping, industrialisation, certification and production readiness. /p pWorking closely with the Founder, the role will coordinate manufacturers, suppliers and technical partners, ensuring that the creative vision is translated into sophisticated, technically viable and production‑ready eyewear. /p h3THE PROFILE /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have:



/p ul liBetween 10 and 15 years of experience in luxury / high-luxury eyewear, preferably sunglasses. /li liStrong technical knowledge of eyewear construction and manufacturing. /li liProven experience in product development and industrialisation. /li liExcellent understanding of materials, components, hinges, hardware and finishing techniques. /li liExperience working directly with eyewear manufacturers and specialist suppliers. /li liStrong knowledge of prototyping, fitting, testing and quality control. /li liFamiliarity with eyewear certification and relevant international standards. /li liStrong project management and coordination skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and development phases simultaneously. /li liA highly analytical, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven approach. /li liStrong aesthetic sensitivity and the ability to understand and protect a Creative Director’s vision. /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /li /ul ul libLanguages: Italiano, French and/or English. /b /li libWillingness to travel between Switzerland, France, and Italy as required. /b /li libIt would involve a 6 months collaboration, 7-days per month. /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
