We provide technical expertise and project support through experienced consultants across complex international environments. /p pWe are currently looking for a bProduction Start-Up Senior Engineer – LNG Trains /b to support a major LNG project. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Production Start-Up Senior Engineer will join the Operations / Production team and will play a key role in the transition from mechanical completion to handover, start-up, performance testing, and early operations of LNG train facilities. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liDevelop subsystem start-up sequences /li liParticipate in the preparation and witnessing of critical commissioning activities /li liVerify handover readiness by reviewing commissioning completion dossiers, RFSU dossiers, punch lists, as-built documentation, operating manuals, and operating procedures /li liReview and contribute to the development of start-up procedures in line with operator standards /li liSupport validation of start-up procedures using an Operator Training Simulator /li liParticipate in RFSU walkdowns with EPC contractors /li liWitness ESD, EDP,



and FG cause effect tests /li liDefine and follow up vendor mobilization plans for the post-handover period /li liLead LNG train start-up activities in coordination with Production teams /li liAttend SIMOPS coordination meetings /li liSupport performance test execution and review final test reports /li liPropose improvements to operational procedures and processes based on facility performance /li liSupport troubleshooting, technical studies, planned shutdown preparation, and warranty claim inputs /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or higher in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent /li liMinimum 15 years of experience in start-up and operations of LNG production plants /li liStrong experience in LNG train start-up, commissioning-to-operations transition, or early LNG operations /li liPrevious experience in roles such as LNG Production Engineer, LNG Process Engineer, Start-Up Engineer, Start-Up Superintendent, Shift Superintendent, or similar /li liExcellent knowledge of LNG plant processes, cryogenic systems, refrigeration loops, utilities, flare / BOG systems, and start-up operations /li liProven experience with handover readiness, RFSU dossiers, punch list management, and critical commissioning activities /li liStrong knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 14001 requirements /li liExcellent knowledge of Permit to Work systems and SIMOPS coordination in Oil Gas environments /li liProficiency with MS Office applications /li liExcellent written and spoken English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
