Designing human experiences for complex technologies. RE:LAB is looking for an intern to contribute to the creation of a digital knowledge system based on project materials and resources from the company’s internal library. The internship combines humanities, information management, and digital technologies.

The goal is to make documents, content, and project experience easier to access, explore, and connect through a digital platform supported by Artificial Intelligence tools.

Main Activities

Working alongside the team, the intern will contribute to:

- Collecting, analysing, and organising project documentation, texts, and company library materials.
- Defining classification criteria, metadata, and connections between content, topics, and projects.
- Supporting the organisation of the digital platform and uploading content.
- Exploring AI tools for cataloguing, summarising, and retrieving information.
- Assessing content quality and how effectively users can find and access information.




- Academic background in Digital Humanities, Humanities Computing, Communication Studies, humanities with a digital focus, or related fields.
- Interest in knowledge management, digital archives, and AI applications for content.
- Good analytical, summarising, and information organisation skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and curiosity about new technologies.
- Attention to detail, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn. Knowledge of cataloguing, document management, databases, or generative AI tools, including knowledge gained through academic activities, is welcome. No previous professional experience is required. This internship offers the opportunity to apply humanities skills to a practical project while developing expertise in organising and making the most of the company’s knowledge resources.

- Internship allowance: the internship includes a monthly reimbursement, in accordance with the applicable regional regulations.
