ph3Regulatory Affairs Manager | Biocides Pest Control | Milan /h3 pOur Client is an international company headquartered in Milan, a leader in the development and commercialization of biocides, insecticides for both professional and consumer use, and pest control solutions, with a strong focus on naturally derived and sustainable formulations. /p pTo strengthen its regulatory structure, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager who will play a key role in regulatory compliance and in supporting the development and market introduction of new products. /p h3The Role /h3 pReporting to the Group Technical Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of regulatory activities, ensuring full compliance of the biocidal product portfolio and supporting the business in product development and commercialization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure regulatory compliance of the biocides and insecticides portfolio across relevant markets. /li liMonitor and interpret European and national regulatory developments (BPR, REACH, CLP), assessing business impact and defining required actions. /li liCoordinate preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers (authorizations, renewals, notifications, variations).



/li liManage relationships with regulatory authorities, external consultants and industry associations. /li liSupport and guide new product launches in close cooperation with RD, Quality, Production and Marketing/Commercial teams. /li liCoordinate regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring ongoing compliance. /li liRepresent the company in technical working groups and industry forums. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline. /li liSignificant experience in Regulatory Affairs within the biocides, chemical or related sectors. /li liStrong knowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework (BPR, REACH, CLP). /li liProven experience managing regulatory dossiers and interacting with competent authorities. /li liSolid cross-functional coordination skills and business-oriented mindset. /li liExcellent technical writing and complex document management capabilities. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pMilan /p pInternational environment with high visibility and a key role in supporting business growth and product development. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
