ppA Bar Manager takes responsibility for the financial success of the Cone Club Bar. They have a range of duties, including administrative, leadership and practical tasks. Their main function is to ensure that they serve and run the bar efficiently and that the customer has the best possible experience. They are also responsible for the success and development of their staff. Excellent knowledge of the day-to-day running of a bar is essential for success in the role. /ppA Bar Manager requires leadership experience and should have proven experience managing accounts, taking payments and setting budgets. Experience meeting sales targets is essential, while experience in marketing is looked upon positively.
